Under the direction of a Project Manager, all or part of the study is carried out within our company on the basis of the protocol specifications and the contract, which specifies the responsibilities, the budgets and the deadlines for each task.

The reporting of work progress and performance as well as the co-ordination with the Sponsors’ team are managed by the Project Leader.
